Refund Policy

Our cancellation and refund terms for paid subscriptions.

Free Tier

The Free tier of GetCurrentOffer is completely free and does not require any payment information. No refund applies.

Pro Subscription ($9/month)

The Pro subscription is billed monthly. You may cancel at any time from your account settings.

  • Cancellation: When you cancel, your Pro access will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged for subsequent months.
  • Refunds: We offer a full refund if you request one within 7 days of your initial subscription or any renewal charge. After 7 days, no partial refunds will be issued for the current billing period.
  • Downgrade: You may downgrade to the Free tier at any time. Your Pro features will remain active until the end of your billing period, after which your account will revert to Free tier limits.

Enterprise Plans

Enterprise plans are subject to custom agreements. Refund and cancellation terms will be specified in your individual Enterprise agreement. Please contact our sales team for details.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at support@getcurrentoffer.com with:

  • Your account email address
  • The date of the charge
  • The reason for your refund request

We will process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Service Interruptions

If the Service experiences a significant outage (more than 24 consecutive hours) during your billing period, you may request a pro-rated credit for the affected period by contacting support.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to paid subscribers. The most current version will always be available on this page.
